This website is operated by MorDev Arcane (FZE), a free zone establishment registered at Block B-845-062, SRTIP, Sharjah, UAE under Licence No. 8961. In this document “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company, and “you” means anyone using the site.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. We may update them from time to time; the version in force is the one published here, with the date shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.

This site describes what we do and invites you to get in touch. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract. Prices, packages, turnaround times and service descriptions are indicative and may change without notice.

A binding agreement between us only comes into existence when we have both signed a written contract, or when we have confirmed a specific engagement in writing and you have accepted it.

You may read, browse, and print or download pages for your own use. You may not:

• Copy, republish or redistribute our content commercially, or pass it off as your own
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or contact details, including for training a machine learning model, without our written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers, or any connected system
• Introduce malicious code, or interfere with the site's operation or availability
• Use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages, or to impersonate anyone
• Use it in any way that breaks a law that applies to you

We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe any of the above is happening.

Everything on this site — text, layout, design, code, graphics, video, photography, the MorDev Arcane name and logo — belongs to us or to our licensors, and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other rights. Nothing here transfers any of those rights to you.

If you would like to use something of ours, ask. We are usually happy to say yes in writing.

Client work shown on this site is published with permission. The underlying brands, products, logos and trade marks belong to those clients, not to us, and their inclusion does not imply that they endorse us beyond having worked with us.

Results quoted against a piece of work describe what happened in that particular case, for that particular client, at that particular time. They are illustrations, not projections. See section 7.

Advertising performance, reach, engagement, lead volume, conversion rate, return on ad spend and revenue depend on many things outside our control. Those include your product and pricing, your market and competitors, your own sales process and responsiveness, seasonality, your budget, and the policies, algorithms, auction dynamics and approval decisions of platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok — all of which change without notice and none of which we operate.

Any figure we publish or discuss is a historic record or a good-faith estimate. Where we model or forecast, that is a planning tool, not a commitment. You should not make a financial decision on the strength of a figure on this website, and you accept that you are responsible for your own commercial judgement.

Content is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting or other professional advice, and you should take proper advice before acting on anything you read here.

We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free. We do not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption or free of faults, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

This site links to and embeds services operated by others — YouTube, Calendly, WhatsApp, and our clients’ own sites among them. We do not control those services and we are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your data. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. A link is not an endorsement.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Where you deal with us as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity, anticipated savings or data, however caused
• We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on anything published on it
• Our total liability arising out of or in connection with your use of this website is limited to AED 1,000

Liability arising from work we carry out for a client is governed instead by the Client Services Terms and by the signed contract for that engagement, which set their own limits.

If you use this website in breach of section 4, or in breach of a law that applies to you, you agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, damage, cost or reasonable legal expense we incur as a direct result.

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, and what we store on your device is set out in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of these terms.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with this website, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah.

Please raise any complaint with us first at info@mordevarcane.com. We will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. If we cannot, the courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction — save that, where a mandatory consumer protection law in your own country gives you the right to bring proceedings there, that right is not affected.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the whole agreement between us regarding your use of this website. No third party may enforce them.
